OPPO has recently unveiled their OPPO Smart TV K9 series at the OPPO K9 5G launch event. The smart TV comprises three sizes that sport similar specs as well as feature differences from each other.
These smart TV series will have 43-inches, 44-inches, and 65-inches in size. All sizes will pack an LED-backlit (DLED) LCD panel with a metal frame. When it comes to screen specs, these smart TV feature some differences. The 43-inch will have an FHD (1920 x 1080 pixels) screen featuring a 60Hz refresh rate, 230 nits typical brightness level, and low blue light mode. For the other two, the 55-inch and 65-inch sizes, these versions will be equipped with a 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels) screen that sports a 60Hz refresh rate, 1.07 billion colors, 93% DCI-P3 color gamut, ΔE<2 color accuracy, 300 nits typical brightness level, and also low blue light mode.
Also, these three versions support HDR10, HDR10+, and HLG. The 55-inch and 65-inch will even be able to decode and pass HDR10+ content. A 60Hz dynamic MEMC will also be featured in the 65-inch variant.
When it comes to chipsets, the 43-and 44-inch versions will use a MediaTek MT9632 coupled with 4 x ARM Cortex-A53 CPU cores and ARM Mali-G52 MC1 GPU. On the other hand, the 65-inch smart TV will use a MediaTek MT9652 that has 4 x ARM Cortex-A73 CPU cores and an ARM Mali-G52 MC1 GPU.
All three versions will be equipped with 2GB RAM and use ColorOS TV 2.0 as its OS. There will also be support for dual-band WiFi and Bluetooth 5.0 for all smart TV versions. The 43-inch TV will be featuring 8GB storage while the two remaining will have 16GB storage.
On the audio department, all television versions will be using a Bluetooth voice and NFC-enabled remote control that is utilized for the Xiaobu AI assistant as well as sharing content from OPPO smartphones. The 55-inch and 65-inch will also be equipped with far-field microphones and will be packed with 2 x 13W (30W) speakers while the 43-inch will feature 2 x 10W (20W) speakers. In addition, all three smart televisions are supported by Dolby Audio.
As for ports, all versions will sport a 1 x DTMB, 1 x digital audio port (coaxial), 2 x USB 2.0, and 1 x LAN (Ethernet). An AV port is present on the 55-inch and 54-inch but it is RCA for the former while 3-in-1 on the latter. There will also be 3 x HDMI 2.0 support for the 43-inch and 55-inch while the 65-inch model will come with a 3x HDMI 2.1 that supports eARC.
There will be an optional 1080p (FHD) external webcam accessory when it comes to the 55-inch and 65-inch models.
The OPPO Smart TV K9 series will officially launch in China and you can refer to the list below for its prices.

- OPPO Smart TV K9 55-inch – 2, 799 Yuan (₱20,800 est.)
- OPPO Smart TV K9 65-inch – 3,999 Yuan (₱29,720 est.)
The first sale will commence on May 11th and there will be limited special offers for the smart televisions. 1,799 Yuan (₱13,370 est.) for the 43-inch, 1,999 Yuan (₱14,855 est.) for the 55-inch, and 3,299 Yuan (₱24,515) for the 65-inch. A special bundle is also offered for the first 999 customers. The bundle consists of the OPPO Smart TV K9 43-inch and OPPO K9 5G (8GB + 128GB) which is for only 2,999 (₱22,290) Yuan.
