OPPO K10 5G, K10 Pro now official

OPPO earlier announced its latest smartphones under the K series in China, the OPPO K10 5G and the OPPO K10 Pro. The vanilla K10 is different from the OPPO K10 with 4G connectivity that was launched last month.

For specs, the OPPO K10 5G features a 6.59-inch FHD+ LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch Sampling rate, and up to 600 nits brightness. Inside, it is the first smartphone to be powered by the 5nm 2.75GHz MediaTek Dimensity 8000-MAX octa-core processor. The device also has up to 12GB of RAM, up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 67W SuperVOOC fast charging.

For cameras, the OPPO K10 5G has a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 2MP macro lens. Upfront is a 16MP selfie camera.

The OPPO K10 Pro, on the other hand, boasts a 6.62-inch FHD+ E4 AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 720Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 1300 nits brightness. Under the hood, it comes with the 5nm Snapdragon 888 octa-core processor along with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage, and a 5,000mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC fast charging.

In terms of photography, the handset uses a 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide module, and a 2MP macro shooter. The front has a 16MP selfie snapper.

Both smartphones are equipped with X-axis Linear Motor and a Diamond VC liquid cooling system. The Pro model’s VC area has been increased by 30%, and the heat dissipation ability has greatly improved.
