Two weeks after a report surfaced about the Find X2 Lite, OPPO has now launched the 5G mid-range phone for the European market with a €499(~P27.5K) price tag. Serving as the smaller sibling of the Find X2 and Find X2 Pro, the Find X2 Lite’s specs still have an impressive AMOLED display, Snapdragon 765G SoC, and 48MP quad-cameras.
At the core, the Qualcomm chipset allows for 5G connectivity thanks to the built-in modem. To ensure a consistent and strong connection, OPPO is introducing a wrap-around antenna design. There’s also one configuration only — 8GB RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 internal storage, unfortunately, without an option to expand via microSD. In exchange, you have a premium design that’s 8mm thin and 180g light. That’s considering the Gorilla Glass 5 back and front already as well as the aluminum frame. The screen has a 6.4″ diagonal size with FHD+ resolution but is claimed to reach up to 600 nits brightness.
For the Find X2 Lite’s cameras, the back is headlined by a 48MP f1.7 Sony IMX sensor alongside 8MP ultrawide, 2MP monochrome, and 2MP depth lenses. Housed inside a teardrop notch is a 32MP selfie camera. Packing a large 4025mAh battery, OPPO’s VOOC Flash 4.0 30W charging lets you get up to 50% in just 20 minutes.
The colors of Find X2 Lite are Moonlight Black and Pearl White. And since it has appeared on OPPO Portugal’s website, we believe that availability will soon follow.
