Oppo has been getting a lot of praise lately because of the OPPO Find X. The company seems to be making an effort with their flagship phones but this recent news confirms that OPPO is also exerting effort in their budget phone category. Today, leaks of the OPPO A5 were spotted online.

The design of the OPPO A5 looks very similar to the Realme 1 combined with the OPPO A3. It features a 6.2″ notched display with a resolution of 720 x 1520 and an aspect ratio of 19:9. Under the hood, the device is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 450 along with an octa-core processor clocked up to 1.8GHz. It contains 4GB of RAM and an internal storage of 64GB which might be expandable. In addition, the smartphone might also be fueled by a 4230mAh battery.
As for its camera setup, the OPPO A5 sports a dual 13MP + 2MP rear camera which is more upgraded than the Realme 1 and the OPPO A3. Furthermore, the device has an 8MP front camera.
As of now, there are no news or reports on the OPPO A5’s launch or price tag. However, speculations state that its price might not be far from the Realme 1 and the OPPO A3 based on its specifications.
