Last month, the company announced OPPO A53 as its most affordable 90Hz phone. But in Indonesia, the newly-released OPPO A33 is about to become the cheapest 90Hz device from the company. With shared specs and features, the only downgrades here are the use of an 8MP selfie camera and lower storage models. But for the rest, it’s the same 6.5″ device with a 5000mAh battery and 13MP tri-cam setup.
Unlike the A53’s white, black, and blue colors, the A33 comes in either black and cream (mint green) only. Scheduled for October 1, 2020 release, expect the price to be cheaper than A53’s ₹12,990(≈Php8,500) 4GB/64GB base model. Though reports indicate that A33 might come with two configurations, we might be seeing 4GB/32GB only at launch.
