After rumors and teasers, OnePlus has officially announced its latest smartphone under the Nord series in Europe, the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G. It sports a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Inside, it is the world’s first smartphone to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset, which features an octa-core processor with four Cortex-A78 cores running up to 3GHz and another four Cortex-A55 efficiency cores that scale up to 2Ghz. The graphics processor is a 9-core Arm Mali-G77 MC9.
The Nord 2T 5G also comes with up to 12GB of RAM, 128GB/256GB of internal storage, and a 4,500 mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC charging. It boots OxygenOS 12.1 with Android 12 on top.
Camera-wise, it is equipped with triple rear cameras consisting of a 50MP Sony IMX 766 main sensor alongside an 8MP ultrawide snapper and a 2MP monochrome lens. Upfront is a 32MP selfie camera.
