OnePlus recently announced that the Nord 2T 5G will go official on May 19. According to the brand’s official UK website, the smartphone will be powered by the 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 1300 processor, making it the first to be released with the chipset.
To recap, the MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset was unveiled last month, sporting an octa-core processor with four Cortex-A78 cores running up to 3GHz and another four Cortex-A55 efficiency cores that scale up to 2Ghz. The graphics processor is a 9-core Arm Mali-G77 MC9.
Aside from the Dimensity 1300 chipset, the UK website also confirmed that the OnePlus Nord 2T 5G will support 80W SuperVOOC charging, which can charge the battery in just 15 minutes.
