OnePlus Ends Device Launches in Europe, North America

OnePlus has announced that it will stop launching new products in Europe and North America.

Despite the decision, the company said existing OnePlus devices in both regions will continue to receive software updates, security patches, warranty coverage, repair services, and after-sales support.

Additionally, customer support channels will remain available, and users’ rights under applicable consumer protection laws will not be affected.

For users in North America, OnePlus confirmed that eligible devices will have the option to update to ColorOS 17 once it is officially released.

The update will be optional, and users who switch to ColorOS will also have the option to roll back to OxygenOS. Devices that are not eligible for the ColorOS 17 upgrade will continue to receive software maintenance.

The OnePlus Community website for North America (communityus.oneplus.com) will permanently close at 11:59 PM ET on August 16, 2026.

After that date, community posts, comments, photos, guides, and other user-generated content will no longer be publicly accessible. Users who want to keep their content are advised to save copies before the website shuts down.

OnePlus did not announce any changes to support for existing products outside Europe and North America.
