Nokia 7.3 Surfaces Looks Good But Might Use Plastic

One of the best mid-range lineups from HMD Global is its Nokia 7 Series. Last year, despite being overpowered by competitors, the Nokia 7.2 was a great-looking device thanks to the glass and metal build. Couple it with clean software and, it’s an easy purchase for anyone who prefers stock Android over customized UIs. Although the successor — Nokia 7.2 — didn’t join the September 22 launch with Nokia 8.3 5G, a high-quality video render has surfaced ahead of its presumed release later this year.

Based on the renders uploaded by @OnLeaks and @IpeeWorld, Nokia 7.3 will nearly the same design philosophy but with a curvier back. On the flip end, the source claims that the material used is plastic instead of glass. The rounded camera module will also be back, however, with four cameras this time around. As for the selfie camera, the notch will be replaced with a pinhole cutout on the top-left corner.

For the rest of the specs, Nokia 7.3 will continue to sport USB-C, audio jack, mono speaker, and a fingerprint scanner on the back. The FHD+ display will stay, but with no assurance whether it’s LCD. The biggest upgrade, however, is the Snapdragon 690 chipset that carries a 5G modem already. On top of that, it’ll be backed up by 4000mAh with an 18W fast charger.
