Garmin has announced the CIRQA Smart Band, its first screen-free fitness and health tracker.
The CIRQA Smart Band automatically tracks daily health metrics such as heart rate, Body Battery energy levels, stress, Pulse Ox (blood oxygen), skin temperature, respiration, and sleep.
Users can view all recorded data through the Garmin Connect app. It also supports women’s health tracking, including menstrual cycle and pregnancy monitoring.
For sleep tracking, the device records sleep stages, sleep score, heart rate variability (HRV), respiration, nap detection, and sleep coaching to help users monitor recovery.
On the fitness side, the smart band supports more than 80 activity profiles, including running, walking, cycling, yoga, swimming, strength training, hiking, and team sports. Activities can be started with the single-side button, while automatic activity detection can recognize workouts and improve its accuracy over time based on user feedback.
The CIRQA Smart Band also includes training features such as Training Readiness, Training Status, VO2 Max, HRV Status, Recovery Time, and Workout Benefit. For outdoor activities, it uses GPS via a paired Android or iPhone rather than the built-in GPS.
The wearable features a fabric ComfortFit band that can be worn on the wrist or upper arm. It has a 5 ATM water resistance rating, Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity, and is compatible with both Android and iPhone devices.

Garmin CIRQA Smart Band is available now with a suggested retail price of USD 199.99 (around PHP12.3k)
It is not yet available in the Philippines, and Garmin has not announced local pricing or availability at the time of writing.
