
Apple’s fitness and wellness service, called Apple Fitness+, will be available in the Philippines this month.
The service offers guided workouts and meditation sessions that can be accessed on iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.
Apple Fitness+ features 12 workout types:


New sessions are also added weekly, ranging from 5 to 45 minutes. It can track real-time metrics such as heart rate, calories burned, and Activity ring progress using Apple Watch, AirPods Pro 3, or other compatible Bluetooth heart rate monitors.



Apple Fitness+ is now available in 49 countries worldwide, including the Philippines, starting December 15, 2025.
As for its pricing, it costs PHP149 per month or PHP1,190 per year and can be shared with up to five family members.
New buyers of a qualifying Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, AirPods Pro 3, or Powerbeats Pro 2 can receive three free months of Fitness+.
