
Omoda Jaecoo Philippines has launched the all-electric Jaecoo J5 EV.
The Jaecoo J5 EV is a sub-compact SUV that measures 4,380 mm long, 1,860 mm wide, and 1,650 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,620 mm.
It also offers a ground clearance of 184 mm, a 20-degree approach angle, a 29.8-degree departure angle, and a water-wading depth of 450 mm.
Power comes from a front-mounted electric motor producing 208 hp. The vehicle uses a 58.9-kWh CATL lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, which provides a claimed driving range of up to 461 km on a full charge.

For charging, the J5 EV supports DC fast charging at up to 130 kW. Charging the battery from 30% to 80% takes around 28 minutes.
Standard features include LED headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, a panoramic sunroof, a power tailgate, leather seats, and a six-way power-adjustable driver’s seat.
Moreover, there is a 13.2-inch infotainment display, wireless charging, a 540-degree camera system, six airbags, and 19 advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) functions.
The Jaecoo J5 EV is now open for pre-orders until June 30 with a price of PHP 1.4 million.
