realme has confirmed that the realme 16 Pro Series will launch in India on January 6, 2026.
The new series focuses on updated design and improved portrait photography.
The design, called “Urban Wild Design,” is created in collaboration with industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa.
It uses a bio-based organic silicone material, which the company says improves durability and feel. The phones also feature curved edges for better grip and comfort.
Both models focus on cameras, featuring a 200MP Portrait Master system built around a 200MP LumaColor Camera.
realme has introduced LumaColor IMAGE technology, which adjusts light and color to produce more balanced portraits. Early teasers suggest a periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x and 10x zoom.
Also, certification listings show that the realme 16 Pro+ has a 6.8-inch AMOLED display (2800 x 1280) and a quad-camera setup: 200MP main, 8MP ultra-wide, 50MP telephoto, and a 50MP front camera.
The phone may also support up to 24GB RAM, 1TB storage, and an 80W fast-charging 6,850mAh battery. It is expected to run Android 16 with realme UI 7 and be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chip.
The standard realme 16 Pro is listed on Geekbench with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor.
