Update: Liza Soberano confirmed that PLDT installed 300 Mbps fiber internet at their house
Converge ICT is known as a fiber broadband provider with fast internet speed and affordable pricing. But because of its rapid expansion, more customers are left unsatisfied every day. The latest is Liza Soberano which puts the internet provider into hot water over its internet quality and speed.
The Kapamilya actress tweeted being an unhappy customer of Converge ICT on which she pointed out that the provider should fix their internet. This is the same for most customers and users we’ve seen online as they complain about the bad quality of their internet quality and especially the slow and frustrating customer service.

Converge ICT’s twitter even replied to Liza’s tweet about them contacting the start. However, Liza even replied to her own tweet that their customer hotline is also unreachable with no one answering their calls several times.
Converge ICT’s fiber-optic network and speed may comparable to PLDT or Globe but no doubt that their customer service system is far from the level of these two giant telcos and broadband providers.
The company is planning to go public with IPO happening in October and in order to raise more capital for its rollout and expansion. We just hope that they will start to improve their customer service and internet quality anytime soon.
