LG is planning to roll out its Android 11 updates to its smartphones. As usual, the Korean smartphone company is lagging behind. In January, it updated its Velvet 5G in Korea while other versions of V60 were given an Android 11 update in February.
Now, with a given table, we can see the schedule of several LG smartphones to be given the same treatment. First on the list is the Velvet 5G which will be given an Android 11 update in Europe in April. Next is G8X in Q2 of this year. For Q3 (July to September), the Velvet 4G and G8S will also have an update while for the fourth quarter of 2021 Wing, K52, and K42 will be the last to join the Android 11 family.
If you have any LG handsets that are purchased in Europe, chances are that you have to wait before updates would be rolling out. As of the moment, the best way to do this is just to wait for the upcoming Android 11 updates.
