In Japan, the South Korean company announced LG Style 3 with an official price tag of JPY 38,000(~P17,700). Unlike phones that are released to the rest of the world, LG’s new phone caters to the needs of Japanese users which is providing IP68 water and dust resistance. For the rest of Style 3’s specs, it’s a capable performer with decent cameras.
LG Style 3 features a beautiful 6.1″ FullVision OLED screen with QHD+ resolution. The notch is fairly wide which reminds us of the iPhone 11s. The chipset used by Style 3 is Snapdragon 845. It may be two years old now but it’s still more than capable of handling the most demanding apps and games. Furthermore, it’s paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The device is already running on Android 10 with LG’s UX UI. The cameras, on the other end, isn’t going to blow your mind. For starters, the selfie camera is of 8MP f1.9 sensor. A total of two cameras can be seen on the back — one is the 48MP f1.8 Sony sensor with the other being a 5MP lens (more likely for portrait).
Available in Aurora White and Mirror Black, LG Style 3 is MIL-STD 810G certified and will be sold through Japanese operator NTT Docomo.
