Huawei Mate 10 series to get “Long Exposure” feature

As Huawei released the P20 series, it received a lot of hype for its long exposure shots without the need of using a tripod. Now, the company will be rolling out the same feature to the Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro, which were launched last year.

The Mate 10  series carry the same Kirin 970 processor in the P20 and P20 Pro. The Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro also feature Leica cameras. With that being said, the update rollout will begin on May 31.

The Mate 10 has a 5.9” screen size with 6” for the Mate 10 Pro. A 1440 X 2560 IPS LCD for the Mate 10 and a 1080 X 2160 AMOLED for the Mate 10 Pro. WThe Mate 10 series has a dual camera setup of 12MP + 20MP rear camera even with the front facing 8MP camera.

Furthermore, the company also announced that the Mate 9 series will also be receiving an update rollout for face unlock via the EMUI 8.0 update.
