
Are you thinking about acquiring a visa to visit South Korea? The Korean Embassy has simplified the procedure by allowing you to arrange an appointment online.
The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Philippines has introduced an online system that would allow visitors visiting South Korea to book and schedule appointments online before going to the embassy to submit their visa applications.
This new platform began on September 14, 2018. That being stated, we’ll go through how to arrange an appointment online and anything else you need to know. So, let’s get started.

Step 1: If you’re not just a tourist, make sure you know which visa type is appropriate for your case by checking the Korean Embassy’s website here.
Step 2: Once you’ve chosen the appropriate visa type, click it and carefully read the content, as well as all of the criteria and paperwork you’ll need to submit later.
Step 3: It’s now time to create a schedule. To do so, go to the Korean Embassy Consular Services website by clicking here. “Reservation to visit a diplomatic mission” should be selected.
Step 4: Click OK when prompted to log in as a non-member.
Step 5: On top, click “Consent to All Terms and Conditions of Use.” Then, enter your email address and click the “Send Authentication Number” button.
Check your email for the 5-digit code. Enter it into the appropriate field and click Verify. After you have validated the authentication number, you may finish the form by entering your name and contact information. After that, select “Non-membership login.”
Step 6: On the following screen, navigate to the diplomatic mission and pick “Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines to the Philippines.”
Step 7: Then, select your visa type by clicking “Select a consular service.” We’ll be selecting “Individual Applicants for Tourism” for this guide. Then, click the checkbox to the right of it.
Step 8: On the same screen, there will be a calendar where you may select the time and day of your schedule. The dates that are grayed out are not available.
If everything is grayed out, it signifies that all of the spots for the week are taken. Every Thursday, the embassy will open fresh seats for the next week.
Step 9: After selecting a date, you should now select a time that corresponds to the embassy’s schedule:

After completing the CAPTCHA, click “Make Reservation.”
Step 11: You’d be sent to the Reservation page, which would now show your timetable. Look in the left area for the Reservation Receipt and click Print.
