There’s a new tablet in town but it’s not from Samsung nor Apple. This time, Honor is announcing its ViewPad 6 Tablet which looks like a less expensive alternative to Huawei’s MatePad Pro that’s available for purchase already. In fact, you even get support for pencil and keyboard accessories that are sold separately. Unfortunately, the prices were not revealed, but ViewPad 6 will come in gray, green, and black colors and will become available in June in both 5G and Wi-Fi models.
Honor ViewPad 6 specs are more than enough for gaming and productivity purposes. At the core is the Kirin 985 5G chipset which debuted first with the Nova 7 series. It’s a powerful performer that threads the line between Kirin 820 and Kirin 990. You might feel a bit foreign with the user interface as it features Magic UI 3.1 based on Android 10, but much like Huawei EMUI, the desktop mode is supported alongside the stylus with 4,096 levels of pressure sensitivity and detachable keyboard cover.
You can check the rest of the specs below.
