As of December 14, 2020 (7:51 PM PHT), Google’s servers went down worldwide. It includes YouTube and Gmail — with users failing to access the two most popular services in the world. After a few minutes, users got logged out automatically out of their accounts. When trying to sign back in, Gmail returns “couldn’t find your Google Account” error. Some users also reported troubles when logging through apps using their Google accounts. On the other end, you can still use YouTube’s basic functions.
The issue appears to be happening worldwide as journalists around the world reported the same experience. For now, you can always try logging back in until Google lets you.
