Dragon Ball Z is one of those animes that had truly sparked up our childhood. We wait in anticipation as we watch Son Goku along with the Z Fighters fight against the forces of evil and defend Earth.
When Dragon Ball Super was announced back in 2015 and ran until 2018, tons of DBZ fans rejoiced! We witnessed spectacular battles and awesome adventures which finally culminated in the Dragon Ball Super: Broly movie.
From that time on, Toei animation somehow grew silent. Although the manga was still being updated monthly which provided the events that happened after the Broly movie. Fans are now wondering when it would be getting an anime adaptation.
Recently, the Dragon Ball series official website was updated! Manga updates have been constantly been released as well as merchandise, which you can purchase on their official website. Also, the creator of the beloved anime and manga, Akira Toriyama, released a statement that in 2022, a new Dragon Ball movie would be released.
On the website, there are also a series of interviews that have been released on which they first interviewed Florence Jay Dominguito, an animator in Toei Animation Philippines. He shared that not only it would return in a movie but casually states that he is “excited about the new anime that will continue Dragon Ball Super” at the end of his interview.
In the interview video, you can also witness the behind-the-scenes process as Dominguito shares his insight on how the mighty Z Fighters come to life.
