
ASUS recently unveiled another smartphone with massive battery pack, which is the Zenfone Max M1. Last January, the company also released the ASUS Zenfone Max Plus, which ASUS claims to be the “Battery King”. The ZenFone Max Pro M1 features a 5.99″ FHD IPS LCD display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 on the other hand, the Zenfone Max Plus comes with a smaller display than the newer Max Pro. The Zenfone Max Plus only has a 5.7-inch FHD+ display.
Going to the chipsets, the Max M1 is powered by the Snapdragon 636 along with 4GB of RAM and an internal storage of 64GB. The phone also offers two other variants – a 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant which will be less expensive and a 6GB RAM + 64GB storage. The Zenfone Max Plus has been defeated again when it comes to its internal specifications. It carries a Mediatek MT6750T chipset with 3 variants: 64 GB, 4 GB RAM or 32 GB, 3 GB RAM or 16 GB, 2 GB RAM.
Both smartphones are known for their huge battery packs, however, the Zenfone Max Pro takes the crown with its 5000mAh battery pack compared to Zenfone Max Plus’ 4130 mAh battery.
The ASUS Zenfone Max Plus cna be purchased for Php 11,995 nationwide. The ZenFone Max Pro M1 will be available for sale only in Flipkart in India on May 3, 2018. The 3GB + 32GB variant will be priced at ₹10,999 (approx. Php 8,675) and the 4GB + 64GB variant will be priced at ₹12,999 (approx. Php 10,252). On the other hand, the 6GB + 64GB will be priced at ₹14,999 (approx. 11,829).
