It has been a while since Vivo launched an entry-level phone in the Philippines. If memory serves right, the last handset introduced under P10,000 is the Y11. With Realme continuously updating its affordable lineup nearly every three months, Vivo is slowly fading in the distance. Well, that’s until the Vivo Y1s happened. In Cambodia, the company announced the cheap phone that comes with 2GB RAM and 32GB for $109(~P5,300). It’s available in Aurora Blue and Olive Black colors, with a small body that’s quite comfortable to use.
So, what does the Vivo Y1s has to offer? For starters, the Helio P35 SoC. It’s coupled with FunTouch OS 10.5 based on Android 10 and should be more than enough for casual usage. The battery is rated 4030mAh, which is large, but not as generous as 5000mAh alternatives. As expected, MicroUSB still exists here. Another old feature that’s making a comeback is a single sensor for each the selfie and main camera. However, some might like the small profile of the 6.22″ HD+ screen — something Vivo is calling Halo FullView.
There’s no word yet whether Vivo Y1s will arrive in other countries, including the Philippines.

They just announced the downgraded Vivo Y11 which has 2gb ram. I think the ads on shopee and lazada are already active.
