Ahead of its June 16 official launch, POCO‘s Vietnam branch went onwards and announced the budget POCO C40. It sports a 6.71-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution and a standard 60Hz refresh rate.
Inside, it is not powered by a Qualcomm, MediaTek, or Unisoc chip. POCO choose the JLQ JR10 chipset, which was made by a Chinese company called JLQ, to power the device. The processor features an eight-core structure with four cores working at 2.0GHz and four more at 1.5GHz.
Anyways, it comes with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of expandable internal storage, a 13MP main camera, and Android 11 OS. It also packs a large 6,000mAh battery with 18W charging support.
No word yet for availability in other markets including the Philippines, so stay tuned for more updates.
