ZTE has announced that it’s going to release its Snapdragon 865 flagship phone as ZTE Axon 10s Pro 5G in the 1st half of 2020. Confirmed during the Snapdragon Tech Summit 2019, the upcoming handset will also feature several AI enhancement, Android 10 with new UI design, and dual-5G network mode.

ZTE Axon 10s Pro 5G is a powerful (and mouthful) device
The Chinese company earlier revealed that an upcoming phone of theirs is going to be launched with the new Snapdragon 865. Additionally, it will support dual-5G mode thanks to the X55 modem. Aside from the improve mobile connectivity, Axon 10s Pro 5G will also bring Wi-Fi 6. Build-wise, the device is said to feature flexible hyperboloid glass which means that the display will sport a curved glass like the Galaxy Note 10+. There’s also a claim that it will be one of the thinnest 5G flagship phones at 7.9mm while weighing a reasonable 175g. The battery capacity may have played a role as it’s rated 4000mAh.
With Android 10 based on MiFavor 10 out of the box, the latest Android version will bring new UI design, like OPPO ColorOS 7, along with 1,600 system icons, better AI voice assistant, full (commonly used) voice control of WeChat, and global dark mode setting. A handful of AI improvements are expected to be included, like boosters for apps, RAM, system, and more.
The company also shared that it will launch a handful of affordable 5G phones, too.
