We put the Asus Zenfone 2 and Lenovo Vibe Shot on a quick battery test. We played a 2-hour HD movie on each device with headset plugged-in and brightness on auto. Find out below if which phone has more efficient power management.
Important things to note include the screen size and internal hardware specs of each device. Though both have 3000mAh juice inside, Vibe Shot has smaller display (0.5-inch smaller) over Zenfone 2. The chip on Vibe Shot is octacore Snapdragon 615 paired with 3GB RAM while the Zenfone 2 is powered with Intel 3560 quad chip and 2GB RAM.
The Vibe Shot’s smaller display, and probably, more efficient chip helped in providing efficient power management.
Remember this is just a brief test. But soon we will be posting intensive test on battery, gaming, and camera.
