Debuted on the Mi 5X, Xiaomi’s MIUI 9 latest global UI update was announced to arrive this November 2. Not only that but the company is expected to release a new series focused on better selfies. The update is expected to be seen in China by this end of the month as well.
That said, Xiaomi MIUI 9 global update is mentioned to feature a smart app launcher, smart assistant and image search. Aside from that, the update is also said to include quick reply, notifications filter, multi-window mode, home screen enhancements, redesigned security app and the MIUI Labs.
