Xiaomi will be launching its flagship smartphone with Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 845 chipset. Today, the Chinese company teased that the camera of the Mi MIX 2S will feature AI capabilities.on Weibo.
Other leaks regarding the device include that it may contain a 6.01-inch OLED display expected to have an aspect ratio of 18:9 and FHD+ resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. It is also rumored to arrive with an under-display fingerprint scanner.
In the camera department, It may feature a 12 MP optical zoom dual camera. Also, firmware files had revealed that its camera will be featuring scene recognition. It will help enhance the photos by identifying the subject of the photos such as document, flower, food, sky, sunrise/sunset, cat, dog, green plants, night, snow, sea, autumn, candlelight, car, grass, maple leaves, succulent, building, city, cloud, overcast, and backlight. Huawei’s Mate 10 and Mate 10 Pro also has this feature but the Xiaomi smartphone will have more options.
In addition, it is speculated that the Mi MIX 2S would be featuring with Sony IMX363 camera, which was found on the Asus Zenfone 5 and 5z that were recently unveiled in MWC 2018.
