Xiaomi Mi Max

  • A bigger screen
  • A possibly similar Snapdragon 650 chip
  • Options in ROM and RAM
  • Hybrid dual-SIM capable
  • Glass and metal construction
  • Better rear camera
  • Bigger battery capacity
  • Base model should be at the same price
  • Premium model is much heftier

Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro

  • Metal and polycarbonate construction
  • Packs an older Android and MIUI version
  • A smaller battery capacity
  • Quick charge capable

The highlight of the upcoming Mi Max is its huge 6.44-inch IPS FHD display, topping off easily the 5.5-inch 1080p screen of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro. A better SD652 chip shows a possibly better performance in software and hardware than the Redmi Note 3 Pro could have delivered.
