With the latest Xiaomi Mi 6 flagship device raging the community, another device is coming from the Chinese manufacturer the Xiaomi Mi A1. It could also be the Mi 5X in design but will feature stock Android through Google’s Android One program.
The Xiaomi Mi A1 is expected to be the device made by Xiaomi in collaboration with Google. The handset was teased in a tweet saying that the company will bring in something new to the Xiaomi family and also included a hashtag #FlagshipDualCameras. At first, people thought that the Mi 6 or 5X will be the ones to be launched in India.
However with the upcoming event in India deemed as “Xiaomi Global Launch” in the video teaser, people expect that they will witness the Xiaomi Mi A1. As the first Xiaomi powered by stock Android, the teaser said that the handset will enter a new series indeed.
Xiaomi Mi A1 Geekbench
Moving on, the Xiaomi Mi A1 was also recently spotted on Geekbench having a single-core score of 852 and a multi-core result of 3837. Aside from that, the smartphone is also seen to have Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 chipset, 4 GB RAM and Android 7.1.2 Nougat on board.
