Xiaomi has officially launched the Xiaomi 17 in the Philippines, together with the Xiaomi 17 Ultra and Xiaomi Pad 8 Series.
The base model features a 6.3-inch OLED screen with 2656 x 1220 resolution, 120Hz LTPO refresh rate, 3500 nits peak brightness, and support for HDR10+ and Dolby Vision.
On the camera side, the Xiaomi 17 includes a Leica Summilux optical system with three rear cameras:
The front camera is 50MP with video recording that supports 8K at 30fps and 4K Dolby Vision up to 60fps.
Powering the device is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Mobile Platform, paired with 12GB RAM and either 256GB or 512GB storage.
Battery-wise, the Xiaomi 17 packs a 6330mAh battery, 100W wired charging, and 50W wireless charging.
Just like the Ultra version, the Xiaomi 17 is also certified IP68 dust and water resistance and runs on Xiaomi HyperOS 3.
