The Y36 series continues to grow as vivo announces a new addition to the series, the vivo Y36i. The more advanced vivo Y36 was launched in the Philippines a few months ago.
The Y36i has a 6.56-inch HD+ LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, 16M colors, and 840 nits max brightness.
It is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 6020 octa-core processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, 4GB RAM, and 128GB storage. It also packs a 5,000mAh battery with 15W charging.
For cameras, it has a 13MP main sensor and an unspecified secondary lens. Upfront is a 5MP selfie shooter.
In China, the Y36i runs on OriginOS 3.0 based on Android 13, but FunTouch OS 13 is expected for international markets.
