vivo has quietly introduced the X300 FE smartphone in Russia. It has a similar design and specifications to the vivo S50 Pro mini launched in China back in December 2025.
The vivo X300 FE sports a 6.31-inch AMOLED panel with 1.5K resolution, 1-120Hz refresh rate, 4320Hz high frequency PWM dimming, and up to 5000 nits peak brightness.
For cameras, it is equipped with a 50MP Sony main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom at the back. Upfront is a 50MP selfie camera with autofocus.
Meanwhile, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 octa-core chipset with Adreno 840 GPU, paired with 12GB LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage. It also packs a 6,500mAh battery capacity with 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless fast charging support.
