Vivo X21 launched, features Snapdragon 660

Earlier today, Vivo has launched the Vivo X21 along with its other variant, the Vivo X21 Screen Fingerprint. As mentioned in our previous report, the Vivo X21 Screen Fingerprint will feature an under-display fingerprint scanner unlike the regular Vivo X21 but both variants will have the same specs.

The Vivo X21 features a 6.28” FHD+ display with a 19:9 aspect ratio due to the notch and a resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels. The device also contains Snapdragon 660 octa-core processor clocked at 2.2GHz. The handset sports 6GB RAM and comes in two storage models, 64GB and 128GB. Since the smartphone features the Snapdragon 660, it also has a face unlock feature. The Vivo X21 runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and is powered by a 3,200mAh battery.

As for its camera setup, Vivo X21 features dual rear cameras with 12-megapixel camera lenses, LED flash and a 5MP sub-camera.The device also features dual front cameras each with 2-megapixel lenses. The camera is supported by artificial intelligence and Vivo’s own Rubiks Cube technology. The phone also comes with its own smart assistant named Jovi which is based on AI.

The regular version of the Vivo X21 is available in the colors, Ice Drill Black, Aurora White, and Ruby Red. On the other hand, the Vivo X21 Screen Fingerprint version is only available in Ice Drill Black and Ruby Red. The device will officially be available on March 24.

As for its prices, it will depend on its storage models. The 64GB model of the Vivo X21 is priced at 2,898 Yuan (approx. Php 23,800) and the 128GB model of the Vivo X21 is priced at 3,198 Yuan (approx. Php 26,300). As for the Vivo X21 Screen Fingerprint, it is priced at 3,598 Yuan (approx. Php 29,600).
