Vivo definitely “shookt” us with the Apex concept smartphone during the Mobile World Congress 2018. Now, a billboard of the Vivo V9 has been spotted and it comes with a notch, same like the one on the iPhone X, and also on the Zenfone 5 and 5z that were unveiled on MWC.
The Vivo V9 is shown on the billboard featuring a display with a notch. The bezels on the sides are quite thin and the bottom bezel is smaller than compared to the V7. Though it’s weird that they skipped the V8 name, let’s wait for an official statement from the company about this.
The “New 24MP Selfie” can also be seen on the billboard, suggesting that it’s the highlight of the upcoming V9, same with the V7. However, since there’s the word “new” before the 24MP Selfie, I think we can expect an upgraded version of the selfie camera from the predecessor.
There have been rumors that it will arrive with dual rear cameras and will be powered by the Snapdragon 660 processor. In addition, it is also expected to launch in March.
