TECNO has introduced its new CAMON 50 series, which includes the CAMON 50 4G, CAMON 50 Pro 4G, and CAMON 50 Ultra 5G.
The CAMON 50 4G has a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 2644 × 1208 resolution.
Its camera setup includes a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP 3x telephoto lens, while the front camera is 32MP.
It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G200 Ultimate processor and has 8GB of RAM with 256GB of expandable storage.
Other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, IP68/69/69K dust and water resistance, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, IR blaster, and USB-C.
On the other hand, the CAMON 50 Pro 4G also has a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate.
Its rear cameras include a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP 3x telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera, with a 32MP front camera.
It is powered by the same MediaTek Helio G200 Ultimate processor but comes with 16GB RAM (8GB + 8GB extended) and 256GB storage.
The phone supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, OTG, FM radio, and has a Type-C port. The 6,500mAh battery supports 45W wired charging, and it has dual speakers with Dolby Atmos.
Lastly, the CAMON 50 Ultra 5G features a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 2800 × 1260 resolution.
The rear camera system includes a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP telephoto lens with 100x zoom, while the front camera is 50MP.
It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultimate processor with an Independent Image Processor 2.0, paired with 8GB or 12GB RAM and 256GB or 512GB storage.
The phone supports 5G connectivity and wired charging at 70W. Other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, IP66/68/69/69K dust and water resistance, stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos, IR blaster, and USB-C.
TECNO has not yet announced the price or availability for the CAMON 50 series. No word on local availability yet. For reference, its predecessor, the CAMON 40 Series, starts at PHP9,999. Stay tuned!
