The new significant telecommunications company in the country, DITO Telecommunity, opened its Flagship Experience Store at the SM Megamall in Mandaluyong City last Saturday, October 15, 2022. This new flagship experience store makes it easier for Filipinos to get its innovative products.

Sounds exciting, right? The new DITO Flagship Experience Store is on the 4th floor of Building B in the SM Megamall Cyberzone. It is an immersive hub where DITOzens and potential DITOzens can learn more about DITO products and try out leveled-up digital offerings, such as DITO’s super-fast data speed and exciting promotions.

The new DITO Flagship Experience Store is more than just a customer service center. It invites visitors to dive into the DITO universe and be immersed in what the brand calls “Todo na DITO” because they can talk to a DITO representative about their concerns, purchases, and questions. 

They also have a streaming zone where you can watch videos from DITO’s entertainment partners, and you can try out DITO’s fast and reliable 5G connection in the Gaming Zone by playing games. They can also go to the Product Zone to learn more about DITO products, services, rewards, and promotions like DITO App Boosters, DITO Data Sachets, DITO Level-up Packs, and more.

During a press conference after the store’s grand opening, DITO executives said that 13 million people from all over the country have already signed up for DITO. These DITOzens get a lot out of the telco’s new and good-value products.

Ret. The Chief Technology Officer of DITO, Maj. Gen. Rodolfo Santiago also said they had finished and passed the third required performance audit, which looked at the population coverage and minimum average broadband speed.
