One way to get yourself into more serious eye-related troubles is to continuously expose yourself with your smartphone for a long period of time, which is obviously a bad idea. The factors in smartphones that affect your eyes are the suddent changes of brightness, graphics and warmness of the screen color, which can cause chronic dry eye disease or even more severe eye diseases. So, just to be on the safe side, make sure to limit yourself in using your smartphones, try to set-up a schedule for your smartphone activities and limit them or you can even try to minimise your smartphone exposure, by getting yourself into a more physical world activities.

Smartphone addiction has become a pretty common thing nowadays, since everyone has used or owned a smartphone, at least once in their life. People nowadays couldn’t survive a day, without the use of their smartphones, though this is something, from our perspective is reasonable, since smartphones do provide excellent utility in our day-to-day activities, and smartphones simply serve as an updating mechanism or communication mechanism, to make these activities a little bit less troublesome. Though, some who doesn’t exactly have anything important in mind, might still fling their phones a few times in a day, despite not having anything to do with the phone. Smartphone addiction is normal, and truth be told, the majority of the citizens in our country are smartphone addicts, but as smartphone addicts, we should learn to discipline ourselves, so that we might not get too much addicted to our utility device.

Your posture when using your smartphone can also be somewhat of a factor, in delivering other physical problems, such was neck cramps and arm or joint problems. Prolonged use of smartphone in radical positions might get you into some chiropractor-concern problems. Your arms may ache, your neck may be bent in odd positions and might be stuck their for a while, these ailments might be felt when your using your smartphone in an odd position. Smartphones can be the ultimate source of distraction, because it pretty much has all of your activities within it, if certain activities have been updated or certain friends chatted with you over your phone, then that my friend is smartphones way of saying “you ain’t doing anything else”. So try to make sure to not use your smartphones, while doing something important, such as a project for school, homework and even work projects for the adults. It might be a bit tempting at first, but try to hold it. You’ll surely be glad you did.
Smartphones are the ultimate utility device of this generation, though at times in can be somewhat a burden to this generation. Just make sure you do things right and not overdo a important things.
