The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) and the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) held a preparatory meeting for the upcoming launch of the PSA e-Certificate feature in the eGovPH Super App.
According to the agencies, the new feature will allow Filipinos to access digital versions of civil registry documents through the app.
This includes
- birth certificates
- marriage certificates
- death certificates
- CENOMAR
- CENODEATH
The PSA e-Certificate is intended to serve as an official digital copy of civil registry documents.
With the upcoming feature, Filipinos will be able to request and access records online, which will reduce the need for in-person transactions.
