Shokz has officially launched the OpenDots 2 clip-on earphones in the Philippines.
The Shokz OpenDots 2 sports an open-ear design intended for outdoor workouts, commutes, or office work. Each bud weighs 6.4 grams and is available in Pearl White, Grey, and Black color options.
For audio, it incorporates a spherical acoustic system that features two custom 11.8mm drivers. It boasts DirectPitch Technology that reduces sound leakage, along with 4 EQ presets and MirrorPitch Technology, which angles the sound directly toward the ear canal.
Each bud is equipped with two air-conduction microphones and a bone-conduction microphone for calls.
Battery life is rated for up to 40 hours with the case and up to 10 hours per bud. The case supports Qi wireless charging.
For controls, the buds come with force sensors for controlling music and volume using taps or pinches.
Other features include IP57 dust- and splash-resistance, Bluetooth 6.1 connectivity, and support for Google Fast Pair and Microsoft Swift Pair. Users can customize the OpenDots 2 via the Shokz app, which is available on the App Store and Google Play.
The Shokz OpenDots 2 is priced at PHP 12,990 and is available through select Power Mac Center and The Loop stores.
