The Sony Xperia M Ultra has recently found its way to leak limelight. The Xperia M Ultra or M6 Ultra is expected to be announced with the Xperia C6, the successor to Sony’s C-series lineup. A few rumors said that this new phablet will be a 6-incher and will be camera-centric.
Something new to take into consideration is the Xperia M Ultra might actually support USB Type-C, which is quite new from the Sony lineup. Price should be around Php 25K.
There is very little to know about the alleged and ironically named upcoming new Samsung Galaxy phone, the Galaxy C5. However, currently, it’s been getting a lot of heat and attention. It is expected to sport a 5.2-inch 1080p FHD display and would feature a Snapdragon 617 chip on the side.
The Galaxy C5 is said to have a lengthened 4GB of RAM and 32GB of ROM. Shooting-wise, it is said to carry a 13MP/5MP pairing, though we’re expecting things to change up on the following days.
This handset is a more familiar one that of the Galaxy C5. The Xperia X Premium is part of Sony’s new X-series lineup, after discontinuing the Z-series lineup. The handset will run on a Snapdragon 820 SoC, which is actually one of the go-to chips for high-end flagships of today. The Xperia X Premium is also praised for its 4K UHD high-depth color display.
Another handset from Sony that might see the light of day this 2016 is the C-series successor, Xperia C6. The Xperia C6 ironically is smaller than the 6-incher C5 Ultra, with an expected 5.5-inch display with 1080p resolution. So far, the leaks have given us various live looks at the possible Xperia C6, though we can’t confirm if the photos actually do contain the Xperia C6.
The Note series is one of the most successful lineups of Samsung and its 2015 variant, the Galaxy Note 5 is still considered today as one of the most top-notch phablets in the market. It’s good to know that the 2016 version is just around the corner.
The alleged Galaxy Note 6 leaks have given way to a possible 5.8-inch display and a possible Snapdragon 823 chip. It is also said to carry 6GB of RAM, which if its true could give the Note 6 a huge advantage in the market.
The iPhone 7 has been hyping things up since the start of the year and so far, a leak suggests that it’ll arrive sometime in September. Nevertheless, the 3.5mm jackless iPhone 7 will have a lot to offer. From people ranging that it’ll carry a 5.5-inch 1080p FHD display to carrying a top-notch 21MP rear shooter with DSLR shooting level. We all have to remember, though, these are just leaks and have yet to be finalized.
OnePlus isn’t exactly a fan of introductions, especially with the whole invite issue for the OnePlus 2 that occurred last year. Nevertheless, the Chinese smartphone provider is looking to dish out the upcoming new successor in the form of the OnePlus 3, which might feature a 5.5-inch 1080p FHD display, a Snapdragon 820 chip, 4 and 6GB of RAM and 32 and 64GB of ROM.
