Samsung has unveiled three new monitor models, the Samsung Odyssey Neo G8, Smart Monitor M8, and the Samsung S8.

Let’s start with the Samsung Odyssey Neo G8. It sports a 32-inch display with 4K resolution and a 240Hz refresh rate. According to Samsung, it is the first 4K monitor to support a 240Hz refresh rate and a 1ms response time. The monitor also features a 1000R curvature, 2,000 nits of peak brightness, and promises brilliant picture quality with its Quantum Mini-LED panel.

The Odyssey Neo G8 includes dual HDMI 2.1 ports, single DisplayPort 1.4, and a mini LED backlighting system. In addition, there’s a CoreSync feature that adjusts the RGB lights on the back of the monitor to match what’s on the screen.

Next is the Smart Monitor M8, featuring a 32-inch display with 4K resolution. It comes pre-installed with streaming apps so it works just like a Smart TV.

The monitor also comes with a webcam that is capable of interacting with the Google Duo app. It also allows you to control various Samsung IoT devices directly from the monitor. Another feature of the M8 monitor is Game Home for cloud game streaming.

The third monitor is the Samsung S8 that is designed for content creation which comes in two variants—a 27-inch size and 32-inch that both come with Ultra HD resolution. It is dubbed as the world’s first monitor with glare-free certification by Underwriters Laboratories.

Its display boasts a 98 percent DCI-P3 color gamut, HDR 600 certification (32-inch), and wired LAN support. It also has USB Type-C ports that can be connected to Laptops for both audio and video signals, as well as Ethernet data, and 90W of power that can be delivered from the monitor to the laptop.
