
Samsung has officially launched the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 in the Philippines.
For the display, the device has a 7.6-inch Foldable Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X main screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1828 x 2584 resolution, and HDR10+ support.
The cover screen is a 5.5-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 protection with an IP48 rating for dust and water resistance.
For photography, the Galaxy Z Fold8 features a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP main camera with OIS and a 50MP ultrawide camera with autofocus. Both the inner and cover selfie cameras use 10MP sensors. Video recording is supported at up to 4K at 60fps.
Inside, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite (3nm) processor paired with 12GB of RAM. It is available in 256GB and 512GB storage options using UFS 4.x storage.
The phone runs Android 16 with One UI 8.5, and Samsung says it will receive up to seven major Android OS upgrades. It also packs a 4,800mAh battery with 45W wired charging.



As for the pricing, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold8 is priced at PHP 109,990 for the 256GB variant, PHP 123,990 for the 512GB variant, and PHP 151,990 for the 1TB variant.
