The Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra may use a Qualcomm chipset exclusively, while other Galaxy S27 models could feature Exynos chips in select markets, according to a report.
The report claims that the Exynos 2700 has achieved good production yields, but its availability may still be limited.
Samsung is reportedly increasing production by around 8% to 11% compared to the previous generation.
The Exynos 2700 is expected to use Samsung’s second-generation 2nm process, known as SF2P. Samsung is also reportedly pushing to include the chip in its upcoming flagship lineup.

Under the reported plan, the Galaxy S27, S27+, and S27 Pro could use Exynos chipsets in Europe and South Korea, while models sold in China and the United States may use Qualcomm chips.
The Galaxy S27 Ultra, meanwhile, is expected to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 across all markets.
However, Samsung has yet to finalize its chipset plans for the Galaxy S27 series, so these details remain unconfirmed. Stay tuned.
