Samsung’s upcoming alleged successor to the A5’s specs have been leaked in the GFXBench, which showcases a few of its very important tools in its pocket. Lets find out more about this upcoming successor to the A5.
The Samsung A5 successor, which is given a codename of Samsung SM-A510F are expected to carry a Samsung Exynos Octa 7 SoC, backed up with four Cortex-A57,s and four Cortex-A53s, which are packed with a 1.6GHz. For screen, the latter carries an expected 5.2-inch 1080p FHD display, with an expected 423 pixel density rating.
The latter also carries 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, while for camera specs, the said A5 successor is said to carry a very standard 13MP rear shooter and 5MP front facing shooter, which is said to run on an Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. The latter supports WiFi, bluetooth, GPS and NFC, though specific versions for these are yet to be determined. By the looks of Samsung’s new A5, the latter would be fully equipped with a decent system and shall further the mid-range A-series to a better place, despite the A8’s relative success in the market.
