In Japan, Samsung has announced the Galaxy A41 with the IP68 rating. This means that the budget phone is resistant to dust and water (to some degree), making the device the most affordable IP68 phone. There’s a good chance the Galaxy A41 won’t make it to other countries other than Japan. The feature is specifically made for the Japanese people, as part of their lives is using their phones under the rain and even in the shower.
Now for the specs. Overall, the Galaxy A41 has a boxy design than other mid-range Samsung phones. Coming in blue, black, and white colors, the body features a curved plastic backing and frame. There are three cameras on the back — 48MP f2.0 sensor, 8MP f2.2 ultrawide, and 5MP f2.4 depth lens. The 6.1″ screen uses FHD+ Super AMOLED on a tall 20:9 aspect ratio. Additionally, the Infinity-U notch houses the 25MP f2.2 selfie camera. Inside the Galaxy A41 is the Helio P65 paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The battery is rated 3500mAh which is lower than today’s standard, but it already charges fast via USB-C port.
