
Samsung has introduced a new addition to the A series in India, the Samsung Galaxy A26 5G.
The smartphone features a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, FHD+ 1080 x 2340 resolution, 1,000 nits peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection.
Camera-wise, the Galaxy A26 5G houses a triple rear camera setup which includes a 50MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, a 13MP front camera in an Infinity-U notch is offered for selfies.
Under the hood, it is powered by the Exynos 1380 processor paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, expandable via a microSD card up to 2TB.
The device is packed with a 5000mAh battery with 25W wired charging.
It runs on One UI 7 based on the Android 15 operating system and guarantees six years of security updates.
The Samsung Galaxy A26 5G is available in two configurations. The 8GB+128GB variant costs INR24,999 (approx. PHP16,749), while the 8GB+256GB version is priced at INR27,999 (approx. PHP18,759).
