Xiaomi’s latest Redmi Note 12 lineup is expected to launch later this month in China. Still, they haven’t disclosed any information regarding its arrival in the Global market. Still, there are tons of rumors regarding its specs and its Global release, and here is what we know so far.
According to current rumors, there will be three devices in the lineup: the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 5G, Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G, and the top-tier Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G. Despite the intimidating Pro moniker, these should be priced within the midrange to budget flagship segment if they follow the lead of their predecessor.
Rumors suggest that the brand-new MediaTek Dimensity 1080 will be included in the whole lineup to improve its performance in comparison to its rivals. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 was included in the prior model, so this is an intriguing adjustment. Others have noted that as we move up the line, charging wattages may also increase, going from a decent 67W to 120W and ultimately to a lightning-quick 210W option. Because the 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display on the previous model impressed us so much and had a flawless 120Hz refresh rate, we deduce that Xiaomi would likely employ the same display for the future Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 range, or one that is significantly enhanced.
Due to suspicions about the camera technology, the Pro models have also generated a lot of buzzes. At a fraction of the cost of their rivals, these may be the most reasonably priced 200-megapixel gadgets on the market. The pricing of this phone is roughly 20%–30% less than the (Samsung Galaxy) S23 Ultra, according to renowned tech tipper UniverseIse.
