
Xiaomi has introduced a new entry-level device, the REDMI 15 5G, in the Philippines.
The REDMI 15 5G has a 6.9-inch LCD screen with FHD+ (2340 × 1080) resolution and up to 144Hz refresh rate and 288Hz touch sampling.
It comes with TÜV Rheinland certifications for low blue light, flicker-free, and circadian-friendly viewing. The phone also has IP64 splash and dust resistance, and Wet Touch Technology 2.0 for use with damp fingers.

For cameras, it features a 50MP AI dual system with tools like AI Erase, AI Sky, and Dynamic Shots. On the front, it comes with an 8MP selfie shooter.
Performance is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor paired with 4GB RAM and 128GB ROM. Storage is also expandable up to 2TB.
The device packs a 7000mAh battery, the biggest on a Xiaomi device so far. It supports 33W fast charging, 18W reverse charging, and includes Smart Charging Engine 2.0 features to extend battery health.


The device runs on Xiaomi HyperOS 2, which integrates features such as Circle to Search, Google Gemini, and Xiaomi Interconnectivity.

The REDMI 15 5G (4GB+128GB) at a starting price of PHP7,999 via Xiaomi’s online stores.
For interested buyers, the REDMI 15 5G will be available through Globe Postpaid Plan 999 with a PHP400 cashout, and through Smart Postpaid Plan 999 starting in the second week of October.
