Huawei Philippines recently announced the availability of their latest addition to Nova series dubbed as Nova 3i. Just like its predecessor, Huawei Nova 2i, this smartphone is also highly anticipated as it is built with Huawei’s latest chipset Kirin 710.
Here, we made a list of reasons why you should upgrade to Huawei Nova 3i.
From what we can see, it’s obvious that the latest Huawei Nova 3i will have a larger screen than its predecessor. Honestly, this isn’t a large jump from 6-inch to a 6.3-inch screen. Still, there are benefits of having a larger screen:
The HiSilicon Kirin 659 of the Huawei Nova 2i is an ARM-based octa-core processor announced last year. It is clocked to 1.7 GHz that is a power saving cores and a four with up to 2.36 GHz performance core.
Meanwhile, the HiSilicon Kirin 710 of Huawei Nova 3i is the upgrade of the Kirin 659. This chipset is said to compete with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 710. In comparison with the Kirin 659, this is built using the 10nm node at Samsung electronics. The HiSilicon Kirin features a multi-core AI engine and capabilities with neural network processing.
The HiSilicon Kirin 710 includes two cores of Kryo 360 Cortex A75 2.2 GHz and six cores of Kryo 360 Cortex A55 with speed of 1.7 GHz. This chipset promises a better rendering graphics by 35%. In fact, the Huawei Nove 3i is the first smartphone to be powered by this chipset.
What most people want is a smartphone with lots of storage inside. Considering our daily tasks; taking photos, watching movies, playing games, social media browsing. These seriously consume a lot in memory storage, and it pisses us off when a storage is full notice pops-up when we’re taking photos.
Deleting files is an answer, however, what if those photos are important or you’re a photo hoarder? Well, good thing Huawei Nova 3i got 128GB internal storage. This won’t be a problem for such a big storage smartphone.
Aside from enhancing camera capabilities, the Huawei added an AI feature to selfies offering AI beautification, bokeh effects with a depth-of-field information. Higher megapixels and a smarter camera results in a stunning selfie.
With all these improvements, we can say that this phone is a worthy upgrade on midrange category. How about you? What are your thoughts about Huawei Nova 3i? Let us know in the comments below.
